HI,
I guess I'm just dumbfounded, that a guy from Spain, ordered some Dodge Stealth Wheel covers from me, and my listing states in both my description, in terms, and I believe Ebay, tells International Buyers to contact Seller if I don' list shipping cost to the different countries.
So,
2 wheel covers sell, and there's no Shipping money, and First Class International, not even Priority was almost $15.00.
I email my buyer, reiterate my shipping was free for US only, ;and he filed a dispute with paypay, stating there was no mention in my listing... . ???

I told him we'd have to Cancel the transaction if he didn't want them and didn't want to pay the shipping. He refused to cancel, and only said he wants a refund. I issued the full refund no problem. But too late for me, and the dispute he opened doesn't get erased, correct?
I don't know if there is a language barrier, but I COME ON!!
Then,,,,,, I have a "non-reciept" Dispute.
I take it seriously, it's like having a ticket or record damaged, for no good reason, and I am **bleep** off!!
I get penalized for his not knowing how to read?
Where's the SELLER'S PROTECTION????
