I recently sold an item on Ebay. I entered the product size and weight. It said I could use a flat rate box. I went to the post office with the printed mailing label that I received when I purchased the postage. The USPS people told me it wasn`t correct and my package would not fit into the flat rate box. I had to purchase different shipping. How do I get my original purchase from USPS back since Ebay said it was the correct price?
