A few weeks ago I placed an order with VistaPrint and paid with paypal.
I just placed another order with VistaPrint and I clicked the button to pay with paypal. I expected to be transferred to the Paypal login screen so that I could log in and confirm that I wanted to make payment, etc etc as it always does with Paypal.
However, I only received a confirmation page that my payment had been processed. Zero steps required. I logged in to Paypal and sure enough, the payment went through.
I'm really not comfortable losing that extra step of security and worry that I may be billed at some point by someone that I did not intend to pay.
Is this something new that I need to opt out of?

try deleting your cookies. they save site specific information about settings and preferences. clearing them will not delete critical data and it will essentially reset websites to default

Thanks for the reply. I could, but the problem is that Paypal should not be setting a cookie like this to begin with. I have a lot of websites that I pay with Paypal all the time and every time I have to log in, nothing has ever been cookied. It's a security measure built into Paypal. So I'm questioning now why this security measure has been changed. Or was this even on Paypals end, could it have been a security breach by the merchant?
