Liars! Terrible business practices! Now trying to cancel my new Paypal MC - can't seem to do that either.Next, I'm cancelling my Pay Pal account. I expected more (i.e. basic promises on payment methods fulfilled).
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
