i bought it now on an ebay item.when i try to change direct withdrawel from my bank to paypal payment plan it says some payment methods not availablefor this transaction.i have enough balance.if i cant put it on my balance shouldnt i be advised prior to purchase.im not late on payments and it shows i have the available credit.
