For the past several weeks, I have been unable to make payments on Ebay purchases using the Ebay/Paypal links. I do not get any error messages. Everything seems to work fine until the 'continue button' on the PayPal page after successuflly logging in. I click the 'continue' button on the 'Review your information' page and nothing happens. Eventually it will time out but nothing else happens. Nothing shows up in history. I have also had the problem on non-Ebay sites that use Paypal. I have cleared my history and my cache and still get the problem. I have gone to another unlinked computer and it does the exact same thing. I get no help from PayPal or Ebay help pages. Anybody have any solutions. (I have been able to pay for the items by having the seller send a payment request to Paypal but then they don't register it as an Ebay purchase besides being time consuming and inconvenient.
