Buying high-end baseball cards. Do not want them sitting in my non-secure house mail box (down the road, across the street) everyday. When I purchase thru Ebay I can have the cards sent to my secure P.O. Box, but if I try to make any non-Ebay purchase it says I must use a confirmed address. Problem is it will not let me confirm a P.O. Box. So this just a bit of red tape bad for everyone's business coz I can't make any non-Ebay Paypal purchases now. Anyone know a way around it? Thanks
