I have to pay for something I've just purchased off of ebay, and I'm having problems. I just put a new card onto Paypal, and it has been telling me to look into my statements in 2-3 days and find the code, but my December statement is not there after 4 days. I really have to confirm this card and make a payment, I don't want to keep this seller waiting any longer! Any info is appreciated.
