Hi. I'm new to this, so apologize if question is dumb. When purchasing a good that is marketed in a foreign currency, but with US dollar funds in a state- side bank, 1) do I designate the payment as quoted in the foreign money (I assume I do) and 2) how can I figure out he exchange rate at the time I make the payment? I asked the automated helper, but her instructions were a deadens on my iPad - there is no "currency" tab or link under "my money" in the profile section. Thanks!
