why when someone sends money to me it doesn't go into my bank it stays on paypal? how do i get it on my card?

You can't withdraw to a card in the UK only to a bank account that you have linked to your paypal account and set up the direct debit mandate.

Once that is in place you can click on the withdraw funds tab and send it to your bank account OR leave it there and use it to fund future payments.
