"Friends or family" payment

Just wondering? How do you tell the difference between a normal payment as a payment send as "Friends or family"?

My site is on swedish, its "vänner och familj", but someone said he paid me 1USD as Fam n friends but it doesn't say that anywhere? just says I got the money. I want to be sure it  is send as fam n friends so it's not refundable

If you are selling then you are not allowed to ask your buyers to use that way of sending payments.

You are evading the fees you should be paying paypal and negating your buyers buyer protection intentionally.

As a seller you should request to your buyers to send you the payments as purchase payments.

Here is how you can see the differences between personal and purchase payment on your Activity:

If you receive a personal payment, that is a payment between individuals for no commercial reasons, you will see on your Activity that we haven’t charged you any fees.
If you receive a purchase payment, that is a payment for goods and services, you will see on your Activity that we have charged you seller fees.
