I purchased some artwork from someone on DeviantArt, sent them the funds via PayPal, transaction was done from dollars to the Russian currency. I've received my artwork but the money is left as pending. The other party can't accept the payment when the option comes up, nothing happens. I don't know what to do. Their English is not very good and I don't know how to explain the problem to them.
