On the 7th May I had an item I sold paid for using PayPal and I sent the goods. They arrived in the UK. I'm in New Zealand. Now I need to wait the 21 days even though they recieved and we're very happy with the good only a week later. So im sitting here will waiting to use my hard earned money while my customer has has led the pleasure of my goods for 2 weeks. So question is.. my bank has no international number so I used my credit card. Once that 21 days is up. .. (and I'm blinking counting down too).. is the funds released and able to be of use on that 21st day?

You may not have to wait 21 days if you meet the criteria for release earlier as quoted in the link below.
Its normally released to your paypal account balance AFTER 21 days OR before that if you meet the criteria, but then you need to click on the withdraw funds tab in your paypal account to transfer it to any bank account you have linked to your paypal account having set up the direct debit mandate.
