missing payment

Hello! I am working  in PTC site , which pay for watching adds. I had 2  peyment pending. Last week I received emails  that both payments are approuved and money are on its way . But I received only one . Have to open disput , but there is not a transaction to disput, just a missing payment . 

I appreciate any help. Thanks

Sorry to hear about this, If you received a mail from company who pay you, you have to contact with them to resolve the issue.

If you have further issues I recommend you to contact Customer Support.

Thanks for your answer . I already wrote to them , but they answer that that payment is sent. Only the money are missing.
