how can i send money without a debit/credit card

i have made a website and i know i can recieve money but is it possible that i can send money or buy things without any type of card? please help i am new to paypal

Normally to use a bank account OR funds in your paypal account balance you need to have a back up card linked to your paypal account as well.l
