excess payment

after creating an invoice the buyer then added on extra money for shipping. paypal have now got this on hold but i need the shipping money to make the payment for it but i dont know how to get the money?

If you are a new seller you may be subject to the new seller hold. 

If you are sure the funds are showing in your pending PayPal balance then the sooner you ship the sooner they are released. 

If you use PayPal postage then I think they release the shipping costs but you better check that with customer services first.
