Why is my money still in pending balance even after 21 days?!

Hi, I have recently sold an iPad on eBay and have received the money which has went to my pending balance. However, it has been more than 21 days since I received the money and it's still not in my available balance even though I am in need of it. I have proof that the women I sold it to is happy and has received it in perfect condition. If someone could help me I would really appreciate it. Thanks

Your best bet is to phone customer services and ask them to release the funds asap.

Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary page and use the phone option (if there is one in the country you are in) > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect BUT its a freephone number from UK landlines).

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".

In future if you supply paypal with a tracking number that proves delivery of the item to the buyer the funds should be released in about a week.
