Why can’t i pay via ebay app with paypla?

My card is linked to paypal but not verified but previously i have been able to checkout using paypal with no problem. Today it now asks me to add a card. It’s already added. I have changed nothing so What is going on?

I believe my cards are ready for use, but it simply seems to ask me to add another card. What more can I do?
