Hi all, hope you can help me, i'm trying to send my friend money in Ireland but not sure if i will be charged and how much or if i can even do this from a UK account? Any help greatly appreciated thank you
You should be able to send a payment to your friend in Ireland without any problems. If you do decide to send the payment as a personal payment then you can choose to take on the costs for the payment. Otherwise your friend will have to pay a small fee, for Ireland that would be 3.4% + €0.35 EUR.
