I've just setup a new Paypal account and associated my credit card with it. I want to send a payment for some goods to a supplier, but on entering his Paypal ID and the amount, the transaction is stopped. Is there anything I need to do on my account to help with this? I haven't yet associated my bank account as I didn't want the sum to come out of the account directly and wanted the protection of paying by credit card.
