So I made a payment to missguided (online clothing store) Through paypal. I receive an email a few days ago saying that missguided have refunded the item I send back. I then received an email from paypal saying my money will be available in a few minutes. However when I went into my pay pal account there was no money on my paypal or account balance. The odd thing is the transaction showed up on my list of payments made in and out. Why is there no sign of my money?!
If you funded the original paypal payment to the seller with a debit or credit card then it won't go back to your paypal balance.
Once marked as completed it will automatically go back to your bank account or credit card but takes up to a week to process through to the bank and a bit longer for a c.c.
