Receiving Payments

Hi Today I have received a payment for an item, I have had an email but it says for the funds to be released to my paypal account I have to enter the tracking number for the item I have sold and also the email it has come from sems strange. I think this is a dodgy transaction am I correct ?

i am not a new member to paypal or ebay i have been with them for over 2 years

I've just had the same today. Purchased from USA then asked to send to Nigeria. They then sent several emails telling me to send straightaway and send tracking number. No payment is showing in my paypal account, not even pending. I'm a new user and have pending payments but not for this item. I've received emails asking for tracking numbers and saying that payment will be released once posted... I'm sure this is a scam
