A payment I receive sent by my friend as Family and Friends is pending with no additional information on it, what is the reasoning behind it?

Also have you added USD as a receiving currency on your UK paypal account?

Also it says ''payment'' so are you sure she sent it as friends / family? Did you get charged a paypal fee?

I've asked my friend and they said they wasn't charged a fee, it says for them I've not accepted yet or something. It's been 3-4 hours though. I also have a usd currency

also no clearence date

EDIT: That was sent to my email,  I created a usd currency but it's still on hold
