Pending payment??

  Have been with Paypal for approx.8 years now and luckily have had no problems 

with transactions.until now.

Sold an item to customer in Holland about a month ago,the item was mis sorted by Royal Mail,hence a delay in delivery.

Item was tracked and signed for.Tracking information shows now delivered.!!

Question is,when will (held)pending payment be released.Will there be a 3 day window,and do I need to do anything,as to be honest the customer is a nightmare to communicate with and probably won;t clear the case himself

Have tried to email for information but just get an automated message which serves no purpose.

1. Ebay transaction.

2. Private transaction.

1. A dispute raised.

2. A claim raised.

It would be helpful to say if.

The payment was pending as a new seller?

Pending due to a dispute.
