Pending payment I received is still pending after 9 days

Help please! I sold a small item privately and I got an email saying that the money was pending but would be reviewed after 72 hours. It's been 9 days since that email and after messaging customer service 4 times and them saying that they would look into it each time, the last message from them said within another 72 hours which was up earlier today they are now not replying to my messages. Not sure if it was sent as goods and services but it says no fees due.
