Payment pending from Ebay

Hello everyone!

2 days ago I have sold my item, and I got the payment straight away, but it said "ON HOLD".

Since then the buyer has received the item, we left feedback for each other we messaged for quite a while and we have touched our ding dongs.

The payment is still pending, I have messaged Ebay but they are saying the payment from their part was succesful.

I read about this payment pending thing online and I even seen something about the payment can get held up to 21 days.

Seriously ? 21 days?

This is my first selling on Ebay with this account so that might be the issue here but I have contacted them so I don't think that is the problem.

Also I have entered the tracking information for the package on Paypal.

New seller hold, feedback does not have any bearing on payment release.

I understand why this system is, I just don't understand why it's designed this bad.

If you have uploaded tracking then hopefully it should be released 7 days after delivery.

Unfortunately I didn't get a tracking numer so I added it that way, and I marked it as dispatched on Ebay.
