Payment Failed + being charged paypal fees for each retry

I'm buying something on ebay, and for some reason he payment isn't completed, and then i tried paypall several times

and also no hope.

and the WORST thing, is that icalled the bank to see if there is something wrong, and then i found paypall sharged me for 1$ each time i retired, with a total of 5 retries..... Why ???!!!!!

Each time you add a card it charges you £1 to confirm it and then that £1 is refunded.

If you keep doing it then and don't finish the confirmation process then it will keep sending the £1 payment to the card statement.
