Trying to make eBay purchase at very cheap price. All PayPal payment options tried but none are available on this item despite PayPal being listed as payment option by seller and enough in PayPal balance to cover cost. Is it likely PayPal are aware of some security issue with the seller as my account and bank account are in good order. Never experienced this before. Any help or insight greatly appreciated
