Paying through bank acc

Hi all probably a simple one but I just thought i'd ask.

I paid through my bank account via paypal (first time ive tried this) and have now recieved the goods, all fine.

On my paypal transactions list the payment is there > completed > paid with bank acc. All fine.

This was Thursday but there is still nothing on my online banking to suggest any transaction took place. Nothing pending/no money taken. Should I be worried or is there just a long delay before it will show on my online banking?

When you pay someone it is marked as completed straight away as paypal credit the seller for you and then paypal take the wait for the funds to transfer from your funding source.

This is so you get your item more quickly.

Funds can leave your bank account from a couple of hours up to 3 days later.

Ah I see so I suppose it will be next week before I see the funds removed from my bank acc by paypal.

Your welcome but it could leave your account anytime from 2 hours UP TO 3 days later, so anytime really.
