I just received three transactions according to my history but my PayPal balance is 0.00 and has also never given me the notification for these three transactions. I've tried the currency change but there's still no balance. What do I do?
It's completely odd. I'm not entirely verified on there because I don't want my card on there but it's like the site itself didn't fully update or register because it shows in history but no where else.
The only thing that my account info is not completed is that I simply cannot link my bank account to PayPal. Even so, I did not have problems of sending and receiving funds, until now...
I'm not sure either. My last successful payment to a person with friends and family method was on 09/04/2016, and the most recent received payment from a person with the same method was on 08/11/2016. I wish someone can give us answer soon.
I am having the same issue. My brother sent me some money and it shows as completed but my paypal balance is still $0.
EIDT: OK I called paypal support and they said they are having an issue and the engineers are working on it. There is some kind of delay in the system. The guy told me to check back tomorrow but they will also be notiying their customers of the issue and when it is fixed.
