My money are withheld even if I DO NOT sell on Ebay

Dear Paypal, 

I don't understand why my payments are withheld for some ebay reason since I don't even have an account on ebay. Why is this happening and what can I do to avoid this in the future? If this is not a mistake, I will definitely cancel any collaboration with your company.

Firstly this is not paypal, the clue is in the words ''ask the community'' that you click on to post a thread.

Secondly what does Ebay have to do with it??

Ebay and paypal are 2 separate companies and each have a hold policy for new sellers.

If is protection for new buyers and weeds out poor sellers.

You don't have to go through it just close your paypal account if you no longer want to accept paypal payments.
