Money withheld

Can anyone tell me why my money has been withheld when the buyer has received the item and left me great feed back, are PayPal just making more money out of the interest..! And can anyone give me a number that I can call them ? It seems I can't find one, your help would be appreciated.

Nothing to do with paypal if its an Ebay sale.

Ebay have their own ''hold policy'' for new sellers and they authorise when paypal can release the funds.

Feedback is not included as a criteria for release of funds.

Hi thanks for your reply I did manage to get a number and spoke to PayPal and have had my money released.
