Money sent not displayed in Summary or Activity and not recieved by other user

I sent money from my paypal account to another paypal a few hours ago. The money has left my account, But I am not able to check anything on Paypal and it still hasn`t gone into the other account and there is nothing in my transaction history.

What to do now?
