Hi! Sent money to my mum in mexico but it appears as pending since 24hrs ago. Any idea how long will take to appear in her account or if she needs to do something. There's no acceptance button either. Thanks

Did you send it in her currency or in pounds sterling, and if in the latter is her paypal account set up to receive pounds sterling?

Oh I did send her pounds but she can't remember any option for pounds so I guess she will need to find how to accept other currency.

Its always easier to send in the currency of the receiver.

But if she adds sterling as a receiving currency it ''may'' make the pending payment clear.

She needs to click on the words paypal balance or ''details'' next to it and there is a pop up and 3 down under the box with paypal in it is ''manage currencies'' > then she can select GBP or British Pound from the drop down list as an accepted currency.
