Incorrect account number

I have transferred two payments to my bank account however Paypal have quoted my bank account number incorrectly. My bank therefore cannot accept the payments and say that they are looping back and forth. Paypal don't seem able to accept the payments back and send them to the correct account number. How do I raise a formal complaint?

When you withdraw funds paypal sends the payment to the bank account that YOU have registered and linked to your paypal account.

I suggest you double check what account you have linked.
