I sold one item and asked me the tracking number i sent rhis to paypall i get the confirmation email and the email me back saying that your founds is going to be available after 24 hours.Still i cant see my money on my paypall acount

Sounds like a scam, did you send the item to Africa or similar.

Paypal NEVER tell you to send an item BEFORE the funds are showing in your paypal balance.

Paypal NEVER say you have to send trackable, they reccommend it but you don't have to.

If paypal were holding your funds they would still show in your paypal balance but have ''pending'' by them.

Yes i got the receipt from pay pall that the buyer send me the founds and is going to clear after 24 hours so what can i do now shall i go and stop the shipping

If the funds are not IN your paypal balance under pending then YES.
