Hello I am trying to send some money to my family back home. However my brother has received it and he says its request ion a U.S. Bank account. Please can you send me in easy steps what he needs to do. Thanks a million

If he is in South Africa then he needs to add his bank account and link it to his paypal account and verify it.

Then he can click on withdraw funds and send it to his bank account.
