Must I use Canada Post?

I am selling a product, and on the reciept email it tells me :

Postage details
Canada Post Air with insurance

So my question is, must I use Canada Post, or can I use another shipping compagny like UPS or FedEx?

As long as you there is a tracking number and you are good to go.
