Hello,
I have a CDN Dollar account on Paypal and recently a person(Known to me) tried to donate money to me using a U.S. Credit Card.
This is what that person said in a email of complaint to me,
"I just tried to use my credit card to make a donation on your website and apparently it only accepts Canadian addresses, even though I selected “United States” in the country drop down. There is no option for entering a state instead of a province and it does not recognize a US zip code, so it kept on telling me it could not process my donation because I had not entered a province and zip code."
I went back to check my donation button and there is no option to edit drop down provinces.
In the end the person opened a paypal account and made a donation that way, This does not solve the problem though; less patient people will not be so accommodating.
Any ideas?
