Website Payments Pro application rejected. How do I find out the reason?

Hi,

 

I applied for website payments pro specifically for the subscription and recurring billing module and I heard back today that my application was rejected. I called up the sales team and they said they don't know the reason but just recounted all that was written in the mail that the rejection was based on either the credit check or the business model.

 

Now how do I find out what was wrong and fix it. I really need this up and running soon on my website. Is there some support or help that paypal can offer so I can rectify what was wrong in the application in the first place.
