I noticed that PayPal has denied service to Mega.co.nz
While I have my concerns about whether this is a political move or unduly influenced by certain politicians, I have a practical concern raised by this.
I have plans to sell an encryption technology service that doesn't depend on compromised encryption standards (has some unique encryption algorithms) and so, in light of recent news, would like to know exactly what PayPal's stance is on being used as a payment provider by products/services incorporating unique encryption systems in general?
Is there anything encryption tech providers should avoid in order to adhere with PayPal's terms of service, AUP and/or any other agreements/contracts?
