Options other than `Add a note`

I take payments from a website where the payee needs to include other details with their payment.

Is there any other option than the `Add a note`?

It seems alot of people miss the option as it it so small and out of the way, with some people saying they didnt even have the option?

Is there any option anywhere to add fields when buyers are making a payment?
