No VAT information displayed on payment conf email sent to customer

We are experiencing issues with the payment confirmations that are being sent to our customers not having our companys UK VAT information present, the obvious place to check for information under profile>business information 'Sorry, an error occurred after you clicked the last link' error, screenshot below.

Ive also included a screenshot of a recent customer payment confirmation to demonstrate where we are missing the information.

Go the same problem - called paypal, this seems to be an on-going issue!

I can't even get paypal to charge VAT!!!
