Need a bit of advice if possible – I have recently sold a Gucci handbag on Paypal.
I have clearly stated to the buyer in my whatsapp message that I couldn’t find the receipt for the bag but I had a copy of my phone which I have send to the buyer and she was happy with that before we agreed on the sale.
After receiving the package, she opened a dispute today advising the item not as described.
In my invoice, I clearly stated it is a Gucci Handbag / Dustbag / Gucci carrier bag.
I have offered her a free p&p which costed me £30
Can you kindly give me any advice on what to do…… Thanks
