Hi
I am providing a language lesson service and wish to get paid the lesson fees via paypal. Since I intend to provide customers ''transparent and professional'' payment measure, I want to insert the payment buttons on my facebook page and provide customers invoices. However I am very confused if I still have to pay the fee per every transaction if I want to use these bottons/invoice although I am not selling my service via paypal.
Also I'd like to ask the procedure of transferring money
1. from My PP acc set up in the UK with my UK bank acc to my another PP acc set up in Korea with my Korea bank acc.
2. from my UK PP acc to my Korea bank (not a credit card)acc
and the fees for the each occasion
Thank you so much for your help!

PayPal is transaction processing service. They don't sell products for you, they allow you to offer customers a means of payment. Yes, each time someone pays you, PayPal will charge a fee on the total amount for processing the transaction and deposit the remaining balance into your PayPay Account Balance.
You would use the Send Money feature to send funds from your one PayPal Account to your other PayPal Account.
As for fees, they are explained on this page:

And in the User Agreement:

Thank you so much. You gave me very direct answer to understand
However I'm still not sure if I got this total clear when it comes toward the rate of charging. Let me ask you with some examples. If everytime I get a payment which is £18 then the transaction fee will be apprx.£0.61 per transaction(it says 3.9% but it was 3.4% when I checked the UK PayPal) therefore I will get £17.9 after all, exculding the 'fixed fee'. Is that right?
Hope you have a wonderful christmas holidays!

There are "cross boarder" fees which are higher. The fee is based on location, if the transaction is within the same country, it's 3.4% plus .20 GBP. If outside the country, the percent can change.

There's various fee calculators on the internet that can help check the math, for example here's one:
