How to cancel the premium services package

It seems I have 'purchased' the Website Payment Standard premium services package without realising I was going to be charged £9.99 a month for this!

There is absolutely no mention of this on the 'terms and conditions' link which just takes you to the paypal user agreement, you have to click twice more to find the specific agreement for the  premium services package before you get told about the monthly fee!!

Now I can't for the life of my find how I cancel it!  The extra services would be nice to have but as a startup business I'd rather see if I can manage without before I start incurring monthly fees!

So how the heck do I cancel this 'purchase'?

How do I cancel a subscription or recurring payment?

To cancel your own subscription or recurring payment:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click Profile near the top of the page.
3. Select My money on the left side of the page.
4. In the 'My pre-approved payments' section, click Update.
5. Select the seller whose agreement you want to cancel and click Cancel.
6. Click Cancel Profile to confirm your request.
