I am a therapist and I have integrated PayPal Standard into my online bookings software (BookingBug). However, all the emails that are generated make it look like I am supplying goods rather than a service. The emails use terms such as 'Dispatch details' and 'Delivery address'. Does anyone know if there is a solution to this? I have approached both PayPal and BookingBug on the topic and they both blame each other and neither has an answer. I suspect I will have to switch from PayPal and use another payment service such as WorldPay.
(I have the same problem when I send invoices to clients directly from PayPal. The emails they receive make it look like I'm selling something on eBay.)
