Just signed up with Paypal for my payments and so far so good. I have a lot of older customers who need a lot of help with there PC's. Enough said.
A number of customers have contacted me as they try to sign up for a subscription I offer and when they select the option for "I do not have a paypal account" the next page seems to cause confusion.
Firstly they say the only option is to create a paypal account or log in using a paypal account. My customers specifically chose this option because they do not want to sign up to a pay pal account and now they are confused.
Secondly a lot of credit cards have Mr a Customer but the form only asks for First name (as written on card) and Lastname (as written on card). Do they put Mr A in the first name? If so I feel it should say that!!
Thirdly most credit card numbers are split up in to group of four numbers and then a space. When they fill the card number box in with the credit card number with the spaces in it fails.
I know to most of us here these are not problems but for some reason I have all the customers who cannot fill this form in and so are calling me and asking me to fill it in which I cant.
Hope you can help. May be a simple you tube video or screen shot link so I can send them when they struggle as I am missing out on about 33% of my customers at the moment because they want to send me cheques.
