delete postage costs on an item after auction has ended

Hi,

I agreed with a buyer that if she won both the auctions for seperate items I was selling that I would only charge her the postage on one item - I'm now unable to delete the postage . Any ideas? thanks

Tell her to complete checkout and then you can do a part refund via paypal to pay some postage back again.
