hi i have sold on ebay and buyer wants me to send to p.o.box in belgium its says unconfirmed address as this is for a iteam that costs 300 pounds im abit worried about sending can anyone advise me wether i can send to p.o.box ok and wether id be protected via paypal as i dont want any chargebacks etc
It doesn’t matter if the address is confirmed are not, once you ship to the address provided by PayPal and the transaction is marked as Seller Protection Eligible then it should be okay with tracking. However, any item over £150 needs to be signed for. If a dispute for ‘non-Receipt’ is open and you have tracking confirming delivery it will still need a signature. And unless it is a manned P.O Box then no signature may be able to be obtained.
